Our Story
32Recruit was formed in 2020, in the midst of a pandemic. From day one we have shown a desire that no
matter what is happening, we want to secure you the right role or the perfect candidate.
We recruit white collar construction professionals on both a permanent and freelance basis, typically
under the disciplines of Operations, Commercial, Design/Technical, Pre-Construction and Land.
We are happy to assist in other areas such as sales or support staff but these are discussed on a
role by role basis, as we never want to disappoint.
Our Philosophy
Whilst we enjoy recruitment and get a real buzz from helping people, we are passionate about construction. Our aim is to learn the challenges you face on a project or the advanced techniques you are planning as a business.
We want to understand your job role, from a Surveyors CVR report, to a Design Managers BIM model, in order to build your trust through our knowledge.
Our clients realise that we know the difference between a Main Contractor and a Developer or an Architectural and Engineering background and this is what sets us apart.
